BLOG - 5 Changes To My Study Programme

Hi everyone! This is the last blog on the topic is Changes To My Study Programme. Let's go!

The truth is, I had a lot of excitement about the idea of entering the university and that it would be like the ones in the movies, and to my surprise, FAU is very different. But today, I can say that I have learned to love it. Over the semesters, they have made changes and improvements to the university, and I am part of this transformation (only as an observer).

First of all, I'm a design student at the University of Chile, located in Providencia near the U Catolica subway station. This university stands out for its historical significance, but it comes with various challenges. In terms of infrastructure and the overall condition of the university, I hope for improvements since it's essential for the university to stay competitive with others.

Let me tell you about my career, which is in design. The college program encompasses all aspects of design, including graphic and industrial design. In my case, I'm focusing on industrial design, and I'm currently in my second year. The initial subjects were quite theoretical and not very practical, which made them a bit boring but less demanding. However, things have changed, and now it's all hands-on practice, which can be quite exhausting. I find myself tired at the end of each day.

I really like the laboratory with many tools, thw first moment when I down and see the laboraty I'm shoked because is incredible all tool that have and Its many dangeurs and we havent a nurse's office  It's surprising because is the potential exposure to dangerous materials. Furthermore We have conection wifi this is more important! beacuse Everyone need conected for do works.

BLOG - 4 Time Travel to the Past or Future

Hello everyone! in 4th blog I am going to be written about past and future, interesting topic 👀

The only thing I know about time travel is a fun animated movie I watched with my family. It's called "Meet the Robinsons." In the movie, a smart boy makes a machine to go to the future, and things get really crazy because he meets his family and even his future son.

The first time I asked myself where I would like to travel in time, I immediately thought about going to the future. It sounds incredible to think that it could be possible because right now I am working towards a better future. I really want to know if I will make it. For example, will it have been worth studying? Will I have a family and if so, how many children?.

Also, I would absolutely love to go back in time to see Jesus Christ. I can't even imagine meeting Him, it would be truly incredible. I could also be a part of His disciples and hear His words, which would be a profound experience given His immense wisdom. Really this is travel in time because we talk about thousands of years after! 😵‍💫. Thinking about staying there is difficult being a Christian or a follower of Jesus in those times was really difficult. You could face persecution or even death...

I'm surprised by this topic. I didn't expect to write so much, but I've had fun writing this blog, and I hope you've enjoyed it too :).

BLOG 3 - My dream job

Hello again! In this blog post, I will be writing about an interesting topic 👀: "My Dream Job."

When I think about my dream job, it immediately comes to mind became SINGER 🎤. Ever since I was little, music has held great importance in my life. 

I truly aspire to be a singer and to have the opportunity to travel the world while sharing my music with a band, all in praise of God <3. Additionally, I enjoy writing music with lyrics that convey God's immense love for us. I hope that this dream can come true one day. 

Currently, I get a taste of what it's like to be a singer when I sing with my sister at church, and I absolutely love it!

I understand that a singer's salary can vary, but honestly, I'm not concerned about the money; I just want to feel my heart full of joy.

Now, I am studying design, which is a beautiful career path that never ceases to amaze me, both in good and challenging ways. I appreciate how music and design are interconnected in the way I think and analyze things.

BLOG 2 - The Best Concert/Holiday Ever

Hi Again!, I hope that you can a good day. In this blog I written about my best holiday ever.

Last year, my family (parents, sister and me) traveled to Talca. We had a piece of land there, but couldn´t build a house yet. Instead, We set up tent🏕️.

Every day, my parents explored the area, and we found fun activities like a pool with a trampoline, boat rides, and swimming in the lake and river. These vacations were fantastic because we did something different each day.

One day, I made a mistake and took my cellphone into the pool, which ruined it :(. So, I don't have many pictures from that time. But out time at the Talca pool was great, and We had a lot of fun all day long.

We also went on a car trip to find places with water like lakes and rivers. When we reached "El Lago Colbun" on a Saturday in February, so it was a bit crowded, but we still had a great time. We spent the whole day swimming and playing with an inflatable ball, which was a lot of fun!

BLOG 1 - A Country/Place I Would Like/Love To Visit

Hi everyone! ✌ I hope you are having a good day. In this blog, I will talk about a place I would like to visit. In my case, I would like to visit...

NEW YORK ⭐

Maybe for you, it's a boring place because it's a little cliché, but since I was a child, I've dreamed of traveling to the USA. I don't know the exact reason; however, the cultural difference between Chile and the USA is significant. For example, when a person walks in the city of New York, everything is touristy because everyone takes pictures. In fact, movies and series portray the city as amazing just staying and walking on the streets.

Moreover, I believe I love this place for its colors, buildings, and the bustling crowd, as New York is a city that never sleeps. People are always running through the streets, taking pictures and videos. I need to take a picture of this place! 😭. It would make me feel so cool 😎.

The city is wonderful at night. It's amazing how many buildings there are in New York, and with the lights, it looks beautiful. For me, this picture is art because I feel that there is life in that place (that's my opinion, haha). For others, it might be only a collection of buildings and people 🤷🏻‍♀️.

In the future, when I have dinner :), I would like to travel and take lots of pictures with my family and friends.

BLOG 5 - My favorite food

Hi everyone! I hope you are having a good Sunday.

In this blog, I will write about the food that I really like and how it is cooked. You will also find out the reason why I’m crazy about this food. 

I present to you my favorite food 👀:

                  ❤ CORN CAKE 😋 

 It is look to much delicious!

The corn cake is a tradicional meal of Chilean cuisine, very common in the central zone and countryside, especially in summer when corn is harvested. It consists of a pino of meat coverered by a baked sweet corn paste. 

The most important ingredients are, the "pino" that is made of meat, onion, salt and garlic and cream of corn. These two ingredientes are essential to cook a delicious corn cake, I almost forgot to say that the clay dishes are almost always used to cook corn cake✨.

I love this meal because the mix between cream of corn and meat is perfect! It is a pleasure for my palate. I'm very excited when they sell corn cake near the university and I ask them to add extra sugar 😋.

Unfortunately, the excessive corn cake consumption can produce hight blood glucose and insulin levels because corn is a carbohydrate and produce a lot of fat 😞.

BLOG 4 - My favorite hobby

Hi everyone! In this blog we are going to talk about MY FAVORITE HOBBY...

🎤 SINGING ❤

Since I was a little the music has been very important to me. We always saw my dad playing guitar and singing, He taught me to sing and to play instruments specifically the guitar. We are a family of musicians, My mom sings and touch the palms haha, my sister sings and to plays the mandolin and my big brother play the drums. I joke with them saying that We are 👉"THE MONTANERS" hahaha 😅.

Back then, When I was at school, I used to always participate in VOICE FESTIVALS 💗 , I stared to compete when I was in my third year of primary school 👶. When I sang on stage it was impossible for me to not be nervious  💀. Also, I am a singerof my church since I was 7 years old, and currently I still am.

Everytime I get home from university I take my guitar and I start to sing, this moment of just playing harmonies makes me happy becouse I do it for God 💛. Growing up i dedicated my voice to worship him 😊.
